What is a Helical Pier?
Helical piers are a type of deep foundation support used in construction to stabilize and underpin structures. This can be particularly suitable in areas with unstable, weak, or wet soil.
It consists of a central steel shaft with one or more spiral-shape blades welded along its length, resembling a large screw.
